Don is also a participant in FasTrack Divorce™, a newly emerging and exciting way of streamlining your divorce process. Utilizing a standardized fee arrangement and a more simplified and straightforward structure, spouses or partners work with their attorneys in achieving a more expedited resolution. In FasTrack Divorce™, the attorneys and clients engage in joint sessions to work towards an agreement. A mediator is engaged to help parties reach resolution of any remaining outstanding issues.
